Natalie joins Bay Court Care Home as the Home Manager and brings a wealth of experience with a strong background in Nursing. Whilst practising as a District Nurse through COVID times and supporting a lot of care homes, it is here that her passion for social care was ignited. Having worked as a Clinical Services Manager and more recently as a Home Manager and Divisional Clinical Lead Nurse, it was in November 2024 that she completed the leadership development programme with the Queens Nursing Institute of Scotland and now has the absolute honour and privilege to hold the title ‘Queens Nurse’. With a rich appetite for providing excellence in care to the residents of Bay Court and their families as well as being a supportive and inspiring leader for her team to ensure that the home is recognised as being the care home of choice for the local community.
Paula brings a wealth of experience from the care home sector working as a carer for almost 20 years. Paula is very passionate about promoting health and well being for all of our residents, wether it be a walk in the garden, reading the newspaper or heading out on a ‘jaunt’ on the rickshaw bike.
Annes background is hotels and has been in the care home sector for 5 years. Anne references were glowing ‘an asset to the team’, ‘goes above and beyond for the residents’. We’re very lucky to have Anne.
I’m thrilled to be joining Bay Court as the Administrator, bringing extensive experience in business administration and a passion for delivering exceptional service from a previous career in Hospitality Management. Growing up on the Isle of Arran, I’ve always felt a deep sense of community and have been a part of numerous voluntary and charity organisations throughout high school, university, and to the present day, which really sparked my passion for helping and caring for others. In my former hospitality career, the goal was always to ensure that everyone felt as welcomed and looked after as possible, and I’ll be bringing those same interpersonal skills to this role to establish Bay Court as the ultimate warm and friendly environment for residents, their families, and staff alike.
Drew has been working in the care home maintenance environment for 16 years. After his meeting with the manager and interview he was delighted to accept this position of Maintenace Officer at Bay Court. Drew is excited to be taking on this new adventure and looking forward to building a strong team at Bay Court and making this beautiful home and success.
