One Step Closer to Opening

Bay Court Care Home is proud to share some exciting updates as we move one step closer to opening our doors to the local community. Over the past four weeks, we have welcomed several new team members who will play a key role in shaping Bay Court into the warm, caring, and professional environment we are committed to providing.

We are delighted to introduce:

- Corinne, our new Administrator, who brings a wealth of experience and a warm, approachable presence to the front of house.

- Anne, our Head Housekeeper, who is already working to ensure our home maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

- Drew, our skilled Maintenance Officer, who will be keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

- Kenny, our talented Head Chef, who is passionate about delivering delicious and nutritious meals that residents will love.

In addition to these key appointments, we’ve also been busy recruiting across all departments, including nursing, care, activities, reception, domestic services and the kitchen. Each member of our growing team has been carefully selected not only for their professional experience, but for their enthusiasm, compassion and dedication to our shared vision.

We’re also thrilled to announce that the full interior fit-out at Bay Court is now complete. While the space already looked fantastic, these final touches have truly transformed it into a warm and welcoming environment - the kind of home we would all want for our loved ones. With beautiful, thoughtfully designed rooms and communal areas, Bay Court now provides the perfect backdrop for outstanding care.

This is yet another exciting milestone for us, and the sense of momentum is building. The opening is in sight, and we can’t wait to welcome residents and families through our doors.

The team at Bay Court has been carefully built with the goal of making this care home the first choice for our community. Each person joining us brings something special, and together, we’re laying the foundations for a home that places compassion, dignity, and quality of life at its heart.
