A Special Visit From Some Very Friendly Ponies

Residents at Bay Court Care Home in Largs were delighted to welcome some very special four-legged visitors when a group of gorgeous ponies came to the home.

Residents had a wonderful time meeting the ponies, with the animals even coming inside the home to say hello. There was plenty of excitement as residents got the chance to get up close, feed them and enjoy some gentle interaction. The visit provided a lovely sensory experience and encouraged plenty of conversation, smiles and reminiscence, with many residents sharing memories of animals they have known throughout their lives.

Animal visits are always a popular part of life at Bay Court, providing residents with opportunities to enjoy new experiences, connect with nature and spend time together. It was a lovely afternoon that brought plenty of warmth and happiness to the home.
